About Utah Fits All
Signed into law in 2023, Utah Fits All is a universal school choice scholarship. All K-12 students who are Utah residents are eligible, and families can receive up to $8,000 per year depending on how the funds are used.
One important rule: a student receiving the scholarship cannot be enrolled at the same time in a public, district, or charter school where they are counted for funding. Families agree to opt their child out of public school to receive the scholarship.

Heads up: Utah has two different programs
Utah Fits All is the universal program, and it runs on Odyssey. Utah also has the Children First Education Fund (the Carson Smith scholarship) for students with disabilities, which runs on a different platform. Sherwood is approved in both.
